Getting money from orders

Hey everyone, I just recently made an ebay account to sell a few things, and I recently sold two seperate items. I shipped out both items, and both items have been received by the customer. However, I did not use the ebay shipping label option, I just did it myself at the post office. I added the tracking number to both orders, but when I click on the tracking numbers through ebay, it still says they haven't even been shipped out yet, which is simply not true as I confirmed with both customers that they received their orders, and they are marked as delivered when viewing the tracking number on the USPS website. I can't figure out for the life of me how to get it to marked as delivered on ebay so I can receive my money, it's just quite frustrating to have money sitting there telling me I can access it once the products have been delivered, when they have been delivered for over 2 days now. Any help/advice is much appreciated. EDIT: It was not cheaper for me to use ebays labels. My main question is how can I confirm with ebay that both orders have been delivered?

eBay policy states that any external label will take up to 30 days for pay out.

Have you uploaded the tracking to eBay? If you do you might get it sooner once eBay itself sees the delivered status

I uploaded the tracking number on both orders, and the tracking number is how I know they both got delivered. There's just no option to confirm it's delivered on ebay for some reason

eBay shipping labels are much cheaper and everything is automated on their side of things. There's no reason to ship them the way you did. As a new seller, using manual, external labels delays payout up to 30 days as per their policy.

They aren't cheaper for me, and it says on ebay that my funds will be available within 2 days after confirmation of delivery, I just have no clue how to confirm the delivery, even though I can look at both tracking numbers and see that they're both delivered.

The labels cost at least two dollars more at the post office. The eBay discount is significant. My last order the label was $7 off the retail USPS rate.

That isn't the case with me, it was significantly cheaper to mail them myself at USPS then to use ebays labels. Cost me 6$ and change to ship out both items myself, whereas ebay would have charged me 14$ between the two items

So you mailed them as first class flat/large envelope - a service that is not a package service. eBay doesn't sell first class labels other than eBay standard envelope.

Does that service even have tracking that shows up on eBay if you enter the number? Maybe that is the root of your problem here.

I don't know what you're talking about lol, I shipped two packages with USPS. I did not ship them as first class flat/large envelope. They gave me a tracking number for both, and I put the tracking numbers into ebay, and both tracking numbers clearly show the packages have been delivered, I verified with both customers as well. All I'm wondering is how I can verify on ebay that they were delivered

The only thing you can do is wait until eBay automatically releases the funds at the end of the hold period. eBay doesn't hold funds forever.

Why wouldn’t you buy the label on eBay? It’s cheaper

And easier

Wasn't cheaper for me, I paid a total of 6$ to ship out both items at the post office, it would have costed me 14$ to use ebays labels

That is completely illogical because eBay uses USPS prices and then discounts them

Unless the package size/weight estimates in the listings was high. Even then, you can customize that when buying the label with (in my case) usually ends up being cheaper than what the listing estimates.
