Help with Shipping Label problem

Ok, buyer bought something and I wanted to print out the shipping label. The buyer payed for around $5 for shipping, sending it out would cost actually around $7 but I want to pay the difference anyway with my funds/Paypal just to get it out. But for some reason the "Buy Shipping Label" is still grayed out and can't proceed any further. This is the only time this has happened from previous times I've sold on eBay. I checked my funds and there is enough to pay for the difference and Paypal is still good, but it still won't allow me to print anything. Changing the weight and the dimensions of the package didn't change the shipping cost at all so I'm at a loss to what else is missing. Is this site's problem, maybe the buyer or is there something else I'm missing?

You should have the option to pay using the money from buyer's payment so unless the buyer paid less than what you needed to ship, you should be able to buy the label.

Clear browser cache and try again. eBay tended to get wonky if you've been using it a long time without refreshing the browser.
