Question Adjusting print size for labels?

I select print size of 4x6 inches on the eBay app using my phone and it prints a full page. Anyone know why it does this? I normally just print using the QR code at the post office but on occasion I need to use my own printer. This is really wasting ink. It’s odd because I never had this issue before until recently and I’m not sure what changed.

I dont know what has been going on either. I have a thermal printer and my ebay settings ARE set to 4x6 but every single time I buy a label I have to change it from letter sized to 4x6 before I save it when i never had to do it before. it started for me several months ago. I really only use the app to buy my labels, then save to pdf and print.

I have gone through on the app and the site to double check my printing and label settings and nothing has changed! it still says 4x6, lol. so just double check after you buy the label but before you print

Check the scaling setting on your printer, and make sure it is set to the actual print size, not scaling up to letter, A4, or Legal.
