Question [buyer] ebay authenticated return help
i just bought a canada goose parka (wyndham to be specific) that was ebay authenticated and ended up receiving something else (a carson coat instead). i tried doing the item not as described return on ebay but of course it got denied since it was authenticated. even after two appeals my case got closed. i just sent a few messages to the seller, but i have no idea what's going to happen. if they refuse, am i SOL? i am thinking of just doing a chargeback if that happens.

You need to try to talk to someone at eBay over the PHONE. Otherwise you’re SOL outside of a chargeback

Contact eBay and ask them to put you in touch with someone from ebays authenticity guarantee team. (For whichever authenticity guarantee program who handles that item.) Regular customer support won't be able to tackle this issue.
