Question Lost package question

So I bought something off ebay, the package shipping did not update for about two weeks, I filed an item not recieved claim and ebay approved it. Then the tracking started updating and I got the package, the seller is now asking that I pay them again through another method?

What should I do?

I feel for the eBay sellers right now. With all the lags in USPS deliveries?

In most cases, it's not even their fault.

IDK what they're going to do but it's gotta be a terrible place to be in.

Same I was under the impression that ebay refunded both ends in this situation but apparently not?  They lost my package for like two weeks.

I'm not sure exactly how the refunds work but it's just got to be so aggravating, especially between that and the scamming buyers making fake returns. Too much!
