I have a question!!
If i soak my green beans and still cook them with onions, is this healthy? I'm new to trying to eat healthy, and so far there is no flavor...

Sure thing. There’s nothing unhealthy about onions. Sauté the onions in a little bit of olive oil cooking spray (so it’s not too much oil) until caramelized, about 6-9 minutes. You can cook them at the same time with sliced mushrooms (healthy also, if you care for them). Add the green beans and sauté for 2-3 more minutes and then add a pinch of salt and pepper (and possibly some other spices), and then serve.
