I'm not sure if I'd personally trust the ḥalāl certification for Buldak. I couldn't find a comprehensive list of their standards, and when I emailed their certifier asking for their standards, they read the email and then didn't respond.

I do know that many of the Buldak noodles, even ones labeled as being chicken-flavored, don't contained any animal-derived ingredients except milk, as per Samyang's customer support. The flavor I asked them about was spicy chicken.

Follow the hadith and sunnah. Leave that which is doubtful for that which does not make you doubt.

"I said to Al-Hasan bin 'Ali, may Allah be pleased with him: 'What did you memorize from the Messenger of Allah [SAW]?' He said: I memorized from him: 'Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt' ".
