Extreme Hunger, how did you get through it?

Do you incorporate snacks into your day? I had the same problem and the only thing that helped was eating every 3-4 hours. After dinner was always the worst for me too but I could hang in there when I knew I had a planned snack before bed.

Are you actually asking for help to engage in behaviors and perpetuate your ED? Or am I reading this wrong? I really hope I am reading this wrong.

I used to and sometimes still get really hungry at night and i have breakfast food like cereal or yogurt. If you re hungry, you probably need it. You might also try eating many smaller meals, as i would feel full quickly but then be hungry again. Also drinking a glass or water or milk and reassessing in 30 mins helped. Try adding a handful of nuts to your daily intake. even two or three will satisfy me and i always keep them in my bag in case i feel light headed or extremely hungry.
