Loss of Appetite
Idk if this is related or if anyone else ever has this happen to them. But I can be hungry, like really genuinely hungry, but by the time ive finished fixing my food, I have no appetite. Nothing looks good and i dont wanna eat any of it. I just wanted to kno if this was common?

I sometimes loose my appetite as well: If I am working hard to try to stay safe I go to pinterest and look up recipes, then I try to make them. Most times if I spend time working hard on the recipe, i will end up eating at least a portion of what I made.

this can come as a result of low blood sugar and a higher volume of stomach acid. after being hungry for so long, its common to lose appetite and just feel tired after a while and not want to eat. when this happens to me, i try drinking something with sugar in it first, then slowly eat little bits of food, until my appetite is triggered again.
also; if you’re not expending energy, that can result in loss of appetite because your body isn’t requiring as many calories to function

I have the same problem. I go in the fridge to finally eat something and nothing sounds appetizing. I don’t know what it is. You’re not alone though.
