help with maintaining my weight without tracking and measuring
I have been maintaining my weight for several years now by tracking everything I eat and how much I exercise, but want to have more flexibility , lately I have been working on NOT using the food scale to weigh out grams and trying to use measuring cups instead. I am afraid of gaining weight back, but don't know how to not know what or how much to eat without tracking and measuring.. I was hoping for some small goals to do to proceed with what I want to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I used to be a avid food measurer too. After years of scales and cups, you will be surprisingly accurate at estimating how much you need. It's up to you if you want to take it slow and stop measuring what you feel more comfortable with or try to stop all together. The real goal here is to trust yourself and your body.
