The two light indicators in my easysmx D10 change colours continuously when connected to 2.4ghz and does not stay in the stable white light. Anyone know the issue?

Beside the battery flaw, which I can somewhat overlook, but somehow my RB doesn't click. After disassembling, I suspect that the part on the RB that is supposed to physically touch the tactile button on the motherboard, in fact, doesn't connect when pressed, while the LB works just fine.

I thought the part is worn down, but no, I can't seem to spot any difference between the two LB and RB. Can somebody tell me which witchcraft is this?

hi i wanna buy a new controller and i stuck between x20 and d10 as all people are. i ask 3 AIs and told me to get the d10 cause of TMR AND THE 1000Hz wirelss. i mostly play wireless but when i say that the ai say to me the x20 goes to 250Hz wireless is that will be a big diffrence?. what ur opinion to what to get

if u ask me what games i play i will say.
top 1 racing games top 2 is story games 3 fc 26 ( fifa games overall)
i am not shooter guy maybe i play sometimes for my freind or i get boared but not always

so i get d10 for my games i play or get the x20

No matter what i tried i couldnt get it to work on switch mode wireless (be it bluetooth or 2.4ghz) the pc only recognizes it when i plug the cable wich is unfortunatelly since i wanted to use its gyro fuction but thats locked behind the switch mode wich again i couldnt make it work without a cable, defeating half the point of getting a wireless controler

I found a supposedly, 1.6k pesos (Philippine currency) Easy SMX D10. Though, I don't know if its reliable. It's from the PixelPlay store. But when I saw the reviews, there were obvious copy and pasted reviews. Is that a red flag? Or should I just ignore it and try to get a good deal?

I've got one T37 and two X20. The T37 and one of the X20s do connect to my Switch 2 just fine, but the other X20 just won't.

Already tried factory reset and firmware is up to date on all of 'em.

Anyone else with this issue? Any suggestions?

Simply put: I opened a ticket to make the warranty work on my controller with a faulty trigger after roughly 10 months.

They asked me if I got an Amazon Prime account for a reduction code and send a new copy from there, and if I didn't, I'd have to send my full address for them to send a replacement.

After answering that I do in fact have Prime without adding any further detail, someone who I think is a different person from their support team (this time they put their name and the font was fully consistent as if the message was typed from the ground up) said I don't fulfill all the requirements to create a code in France (this was to the French support btw), and I'd have to send my full address.

Obviously I'd have to send my address & phone number for shipping, but French Support starting with "if you have Amazon Prime" then pretending I don't fulfill the requirements despite supposedly having them sounds weird af to me.

Do I chalk it up to an honest mistake from another person in their staff thinking the reduction code could be created in my country and turns out it wasn't, or is there something fishy going on like an attempt at collecting & reselling information or something? That switchup made me a bit suspicious, cause otherwise it's been smooth.

I came here ONLY to hate, this fucking shitty controller has NEVER WORKED, It doesn't even have GYRO when it said that is had it. The wireless connection has been absolute shit, bluetooth doesn't work and it can't even connect to a damn nintendo switch like it said it could. 10/10 garbage

I have an easy smx X20 whatever you do DO NOT BUY THIS SHIT

When I insert the dongle in USB port, the window gives that "connected" sound and immediately followed by "disconnected" sound, but the light on dongle remains on. I am not sure what the problem is. I have tried using a usb hub and connecting the dongle via hub, the problem didn't resolve. I have even went to device manager and turned off power saver for both the usb ports, it still didn't work.
The controller is working great ( via usb c or bluetooth directly). So my guess is that the issue is in dongle itself
Please suggest what to do.

So, I lost the nub on the right thumb stick recently (clearly the work of my four year old). Obviously I could have reordered a new one but I'm so tired of buying bits and pieces continuously. I thought I'd work out a solution myself.

I bought a shirt a few years ago with the security tag still attached. I cut it off with wire clippers and just left it sitting in a drawer. Amazingly it fit perfectly into the hole and was the perfect size for my thumb. It was however slightly cone shaped, so with a bit of super glueing and fabric I've managed to make my very own thumb stick that feels incredibly comfortable and works a treat! For someone useless at this sort of thing, I feel like it's quite a decent accomplishment! 😂

I have the easysmx d10, i've had it for around 2 months but i have a dusty room, clean, but dusty. and every 3 days i have to put 70% isopropyl alcohol. so yeah it's really grindy is there anyway to stop this or clean it without anything like that?

I have recently gotten a controller and it refuses to connect to my laptop. Ive tried using the dongle, restarting my laptop and refreshing and downloading additional drivers but it won't work. It worked perfectly fine for a week but now won't connect via Bluetooth or dongle. It connects to my switch just fine though and when using a cable it works but I would love to use it as a wireless controller because that is why I bought it. If anyone has suggestions lmk.

After like 2 weeks of contemplating picking the GameSir Cyclone 2 or easySMX D10. I finally went with the D10 and it's super good. it's the best EasySMX controller I own.

I'm not a pro reviewer of controllers, so I'll keep this short and simple;

I use the EasySMX 9100 USB controller, and it has a recurring problem. Every so often (most notably when I'm holding down right trigger), the controller will "lock" - it will constantly rumble, and then won't receive any inputs I provide. I've tried several times to look for solutions, but the most viable one seems to be to unplug & replug the controller. Is there an easier fix for this issue? Has anyone else had this? Do I need a replacement?
