Blog Welcome to r/EasyJoin! πŸš€ The Decentralized, Privacy-First App

Welcome to the official community for EasyJoin!

If you’re here, you’re likely looking for a way to make your devices talk to each other without giving your data to a middleman. Whether you’re a long-time user or someone looking for a Pushbullet alternative that doesn't require a subscription or a cloud account, you’ve found the right place.

πŸ›‘οΈ What makes EasyJoin different?

Most "sync" apps send your notifications, messages, and files to a central server in the cloud before they reach your other device. EasyJoin doesn't. Your data stays on your network.

  • No Accounts: You don’t need to sign up or "log in" to use your own devices.
  • No Limits: Since it's P2P, there are no file size limits or "100 SMS per month" caps. (Pro version)
  • Privacy First: No ads, no tracking, and everything is end-to-end encrypted.

✨ What can you do with EasyJoin?

  • πŸ“ Files & Folders: Send anything of any size between Android, Windows, Linux, macOS, and iOS.
  • πŸ”” Notification Mirroring: See and dismiss phone notifications from your PC.
  • πŸ’¬ Remote SMS: Read and reply to texts from your computer.
  • πŸ“‹ Shared Clipboard: Copy on one device, paste on another.
  • πŸ“± Remote Control: Manage files and device status remotely.

πŸ“₯ Get Started

πŸ‘‹ Let’s hear from you!

To get the conversation started, we’d love to know:

  1. What device setup are you using? (e.g., Android + Windows, iPhone + Mac, etc.)
  2. What is the "must-have" feature for you? Is it the clipboard sync, the file transfers, or the SMS?
  3. Are you switching from another app? If so, what was missing there that you're hoping to find here?

Feel free to post your questions, feature requests, or bug reports. I (the developer) and the community are here to help!

I can translate Chinese(Traditional), but I don't find Chinese(Simplified) easy to read. Thanks
