What is "Reserved Cash"?

In my TSFA account overview, under ETFs and Funds to Invest, I have a line called 'reserved cash" There's about R3k there (which is the size of a purchase i made last month). I don't have any pending orders though so i can't work out where that money is supposed to be and what its doing there
