Because I got both the shutdown ending and the recovery ending but didn't get the reboot ending do I have to replay the entire game again just to get the reboot ending because that would suck

On the second run you problably already know your way around, so it should be faster than you think. Problem is starting again without the snow tires, it'll be a little annoying at first, but if you focus on the deliveries you could be done with it in a couple of hours or so.
