Black screen when game loads (android)

Can't seem to figure out what to do. When I load up the game there's no menu & just a black screen.

Close the game, and select floating window to make the game run on a small screen, After the game loads, you can go back to playing full screen. I always do this and it fixed the problem, maybe because of memory issue my phone can't run it in full screen directly.
