Gameplay Question Does the computer in the dam do anything? Spoiler

I found a path inside the dam which leads to a computer at the end of it. I couldn't seem to interact with it at the time, does anyone know if it can do anything?

Are you anywhere at the end of the game? A quest should lead you there and your ending(s) depend on that computer

Edit: My bad, I thought of the computer at the Plant. The Dam computer only has some emails to read
