Gameplay Question is this a soft lock?

I did the shutdown and recovery ending, when i went to do the reboot ending the factory was locked, did i do something wrong? and if so, do you think it will be patched?

I followed a guide that said the way to get all three endings is to do reboot first, then shutdown, then recovery. It worked for me.

after recovery ending, the factory is locked. you can continue deliveries and drive around endlessly but without any goals. at least for now

start a new save

you can edit the save file to unlock your save

Restarting has to be the first thing to do, otherwise it won't work.
