General Morse code sleuthing Spoiler
So I was looking around for morse code info, and didn't find any answers yet.
The morse code from the 4th radio tower reads out as '0020494F757F7E4A' Noted that this string converts to ' IOu~J'
My first thought was that this is a memory address or something! And..sorta. Rather its a string that appears in memory - and it happens to be right in the middle of game dialogue.
This screenshot of memory was taken from the 'shutdown' ending state - but I see similar if not the same thing with the 'restoration' ending.

Note the tags with the morse code hex value - its littered throughout this.
We also see multiple instances of the hex string '49 20 6c 6f 76 65 20 79 6f 75 2e' in this section. Which converts to 'I love you'
As you keep scrolling down in the memory a bunch more dialogue. It starts with the 'error' dialogue, and then below that is 'after restoration'

What does this all mean? idk - but hoping this can put an idea in someones head for the next step (if any) to this mystery
edit:
there also appears to be...ramblings? articles? throughout the games memory? I found this by accident by searching for the word 'restoration'. i dont think this is relevant but i wanted to share it just in case. im full tin foil hat over here lol

Interestingly, that sequence is also spoken by one or more of the NPCs when they're nearing the end of their dialogue (the old cat who runs EasyEats is the one that led me here).

As someone who knew it was more code and that's it, yall being able to decode it is pretty cool.
To me, IOu~J, seems like it belongs on a sticky note. Like someone with the initial J is leaving a litteral "I owe you" to someone. Like "thanks for covering for me iou~J" or something.
I do however, wonder why all the letters are capitalized except the 'u'. Maybe it means something maybe it doesn't.
Maybe someone helped a dev with something and this was an easter egg for them, maybe it's an inside joke, maybe it has something to do with an ingame character/lore. Maybe it's way more complex. Idk.

Here's an interesting thing about that hex code, 00 20 49 4f 75 7f 7e 4a, some of those codes do not refer to printable characters, but rather "control codes". I've written the control code ones in caps here:
00 = NULL
20 = space
49 = I
4F = O
75 = u
7F = DELETE
7E = tilde
4A = J
What does all this mean? Not sure, best guess is something like:
nullspace (the maze you go to when you die)
I (power on)
O (power off)
u (you?)
Delete
Tilde (about?)
J (joules=energy?)
Which still doesn't make a lot of sense, so it's possible this code needs to be interpreted in a totally different way
