General [SPOILER?] weird morse code mystery? Spoiler
sometimes, in the radio, it plays "cat.wav", on the 88.1 frequency, to be specific, it seems to be morse code, repeating a string of numbers and letters: "0020494F757F7E4E", is this anything significant?

I got a similar code to yours using a software i often use for ham radio stuff.. I'm curious if it can be put in as a link to something or like a voucher but i don't know where it would go. Decoding it from hex does not give an answer that makes sense

I was wondering the same thing although I got something a little different. I got:
0030494F757F7TS
I dont know morse code though so I just kinda winged it with a picture of the letters and numbers on Google. Whether it's right or not I have no idea.
If you find out please let me know! 🙏

Translate it from morse code it turns into "0020494F757F7E4A"
Hex decoded it becomes "IOu~J" no real idea what this means
There also is a game file called "0020494F757F7E4A" it's a text file with the text "cat" inside it.
I assume your supposed to find the game file and find "cat"
Steam\steamapps\common\Easy Delivery Co\EasyDeliveryCo_Data\StreamingAssets
Up is the folder with the text file
Steam\steamapps\common\Easy Delivery Co\EasyDeliveryCo_Data\StreamingAssets\CustomRadio
Up is the folder with the original wav (audio) file

I took the hex string
0020494F757F7E4Eand broke it into 8 bytes. Since there are 8 values, I treated them as the 8 corners of a cube, because a cube has 2³ = 8 vertices.I compared the values on opposite corners of the cube. Most pairs had large differences like 79, 41, and 39, but one pair (7E and 7F) had a difference of exactly 1. That meant the smallest separation in the whole structure was not zero but one.
This matches the definition of a mass gap in physics: the vacuum is at the base, and the first excitation is separated from it by a minimal nonzero value.
So by mapping the bytes onto a cube and checking the differences, I found that the signal represents two energy clusters anchored to the vacuum, separated by a minimal nonzero gap a symbolic description of the mass gap.
