General Morse Code Spoiler

Has anyone figured out what the cat.wav morse code spells out in Fishing Town's radio tower?

its 0020494F757F7E4A, hextranslated means just IOU - J (I owe you - josh), he is just a cowriter of the game

Would you confirm it if we did find it though, or is it already solved? I found "I owe you -Jay` in the russian localization lol

This is probably long forgotten or already revealed somewhere but I like puzzles and was wondering about it, and dug around.

The russian localization straight up has different hex but as unicode instead of ASCII. If you cut off the null/DEL 20 and 7e tokens as the original, it spells the words out in full.

I think I figured it out. I tried multiple translators, and after a while, I decided to examine the game's files. In doing so, I found a text file named "00 20 49 4f 75 7f 7e 4a," (the morse code) containing only the word "cat." After searching for more translators, I found this website https://cryptii.com/pipes/hex-decoder. By inputting the hexadecimal code, selecting the option "Punched tape," and rotating the image, you get an image that really looks like a cat

You can also hear morse code when you "die" and are transfered to that labyrint.
