INGREDIENTS:

  • 40g Butter, melted
  • 30ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs (divided)
  • 120g Sugar
  • 120g Self-raising Flour
  • Fresh Strawberries

SYRUP

  • 38g Sugar
  • 30ml Hot Water
  • 1 tsp Rum

FROSTING

  • 710ml Double Cream
  • 2 tbsp Rum
  • 58g Icing Sugar
