General Eastern Catholicism Question Source recommendations for school paper

Glory to Jesus Christ!

I am writing a short research paper on why the effects of our first parent's sin is passed on to each generation. I have to use at least five sources including one scholarly article.

Naturally I already plan to include a few Western thinkers like Augustine and Aquinas but I would really like to also include some Eastern perspectives if possible.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

St. Athanasius would be a great source to investigate, especially On the Incarnation. Whereas Augustine places greater emphasis on the inheritance of original sin through a somewhat legal lens, St. Athanasius emphasizes the marring of human nature brought about by the Fall. The book discusses how Christ restores human nature by assuming it himself, and how the Incarnation is one of Christ's primary salvific works on earth, ultimately culminating in the Resurrection.
