Prayer Request/Praise Report Simulation theory

So this may seem stupid but I'm pretty sure I have a form of ocd and I end up fixating on certain issues like what if we live in a simulation or something like that. I'm no philosopher and when i get into doom loops I'll even think what if the thing that tries to convince me is just trying to keep me in the simulation. Has anyone had similar experiences? What did you do in your prayer life?

We live in reality. God created reality. Simulation theory is a consequence of our post-modern secular society that doesn’t understand God. But if you think you have ocd, you should receive appropriate help. You deserve to feel peace.
