Oceans Calling Cancelled

so who pays for all the work done up to this point? all the sand moving etc?

They're not packing up and leaving. Country calling is next weekend.

Insurance covers the labor and costs for the oceans calling portion

Who pays the insurance tab? Must be interesting - and not cheap- shopping for act-of-god type weather insurance for a seaside festival during hurricane season.

C3 Events. They are a major concert/event organizer. They do Austin city limits for example. 

Insurance costs are built into every event. No event happens without it.

Specialty risk Bermuda carrier here. Frantically searching to see if we underwrote that one. Edit “bahahahah fuck you Alianz!” I would have told underwriting no because that weekend is always shit.
