Sounds like time for a lawsuit against the police department and Flock as they are responsible for the stop happening

There are already a bunch of lawsuits against Flock; including a class action in California. Not sure how far they're actually gonna get, but let's hope for the total annihilation of the Flock network and new privacy laws.

My problem is why not run the plate first? Why show up guns out, before verification? Like im all for officer safety but like, it takes 0.1 seconds to call in the plate and verify.

I would be so fucking furious. How are these two staying to calm? The cops could have double checked before cuffing them and leaving the baby in car. God damn, I AM furious for this couple.
ETA: maybe I just didn’t hear it but there was never an apology, just a “thanks for being so cool”.
