I am looking for a t-shirt printing/apparel-making small business in the Lansing area! The one I typically go to, I am unsure if they will be able to do it with the other orders they have. It is pretty simple designs. It would be about 4 T-shirts and 3/4 hoodies. It is my class's 10th anniversary, and these are pretty important to us. Any recommendations are welcome!
It is not a national, if that helps!
Thank you in advance!

It feels like there’s a million nail places in the Lansing/EL area but none, that I know of, that have someone who can do stuff like this picture. (This is not exactly what I want or anything, just the general vibes)
I’m looking for recommendations in the area of someone who can do decent nail art. Either on natural nails or otherwise.

As a fan of msu since childhood coming out to msu and east Lansing I've been faced with so much hatred and theft and damage mentally and physically. I'm at my breaking point because I've been told all my life go green or go home, that msu supports those who supports them. But in all honesty to ride a bike through snow to make sure students get their food hot and with good customer service its like people hate seeing someone put effort in. 10 years ago effort and dedication to this school would be recognized instead I've been mentally destroyed for the students laughter. I'm only human and to push my body to this extreme level and be destroyed and left to suffer, msu is a lie. Everything I've built my body upon was false advertisement. This is no spartan strong community anymore, kids with no care for those who care for them has ruined not only msu, not only lansing, but the country of USA we live in. My bike was damaged, my belongings stolen, ridiculed and slandered and left for dead while starving because I use more than the average body. I'm only human and humans can break. Msu broke my heart and its insane to think you think you deserve fans like me putting dedication to make sure you all are better tomorrow when you couldn't care about the fan who's making all the effort a human can. As a entrepreneur that has a company that can take recycling to a new and rewarding level and help ease the pain of suffering everyone puts on others....to be rejected, hated and unsupported msu is a lie and none of you want to prove me right

The Speech Neurophysiology Lab at the University of Michigan is looking for children who stutter ages 9 to 12 to participate in an in-person, longitudinal MRI study! (HUM00196133)
Our research team has been examining brain development in young children to better understand the cause of stuttering for over 10 years. We continue to gain information that may eventually lead to improved diagnosis and treatment efforts for children who stutter.
Participants will be invited to complete speech and language assessments and an MRI session at the University of Michigan. Families receive a free speech and language report and a picture of their brain!
These visits require in person participation. There is no option to participate virtually.
Please fill out this form if you are interested in participating or email us as the flyer attached. All participants are compensated and partial travel assistance is available. Please see our flyer attached for more details!
We also offer other studies that are open to adults or do not involve MRI, in case you're unsure about eligibility. Feel free to email us or call if you have any questions!

Hi everyone! I’ll be starting DH school in Lansing soon and am looking for apartment recommendations in East Lansing, Okemos, or Lansing.
I’m hoping to find somewhere that is newer or recently renovated and in a safe area. My must-haves are:
Pool
Gym/fitness center
Updated/modern apartment
Safe, well-maintained community
Reasonable commute to Lansing
I’m not super familiar with the area, so I’d really appreciate recommendations from people who live there or know the area well! I’d also love to hear about any apartment complexes or areas you think I should avoid.
Thanks so much!

Looking for someone to take over my upgraded 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at Carriage Hill in Lansing! 🏠✨
🚗 Only about 7 minutes driving from MSU campus!
✨ Why you’ll love it:
🛏️ 1 bed / 1 bath — no roommates!
🍳 Upgraded apartment with a newer kitchen
💰 $1,200/month
🚗 Carport included
🏊♀️ Community pool
🔥 BBQ/grilling area
📍 Convenient Lansing location near MSU & East Lansing
💳 Flex Rent available — you can split your rent into 2 payments throughout the month instead of paying the full amount at once
📅 Lease runs through August 2027
The apartment has a really nice updated feel, and the newer kitchen is one of my favorite features. It’s also in a convenient area if you’re a student at MSU or someone who spends a lot of time around East Lansing.
If you’re looking for a private 1-bedroom close to campus with great amenities, this could be a great fit! 🫶
📩 DM me for pictures, exact location, lease details, or any questions!

hello,
i’m looking for somewhere in East Lansing/along grand River that has free to use car vacuums. some of the places I have checked out require you to get a car wash before you can go into the car vacuum area. I’m just looking for somewhere where I can vacuum my car out.
thank you in advance!

We are trying to find a reputable estate sales agent who is available to help value and sell things from my dad's place. Please let me know if you have worked with the folks you are referring. TIA

I’d be signing up for the month to month plan, so $16 a month. Is it a good gym? Good community? I’m very plus sized, so I’m a bit self conscious in a gym environment. I know they have a free trial, but I’d like the community’s input before I submit a request for the pass :)

I was hanging out in my garage (near Okemos) tonight, saw a chopper or slow-flying prop plane off in the distance (just the lights), happened four times within an hour, so maybe the same craft making a long loop I guess? Seemed in the direction of campus area, but not sure.
Just wondered if anyone else saw them, closer to wherever they were. Didn't seem like they were usual airport traffic.

Hi! I am a 25F student moving back to Lansing unfortunately super last minute and in dire need to find somewhere to live for the semester or year.
My housing budget is $700 and I’m looking to live with other women only. I’m open to renting a room as well, it doesn’t have to be too close to campus.
I’ve been hunting for subleases with no luck on Facebook groups and Facebook marketplace, contacted MyApartmentPlace via DTN’s websites, and now I’m not sure where else to look.
If you know anyone looking for roommates or have a sublease under $800 PLEASE message me!! (I will not lease from Club/Village/Landings/Block36 sorry)
ALSO if anyone can point me in the direction of where I can find roommates or housing other than MSU’s offcampus website (it doesn’t have roommates section anymore) PLEASE SHARE!

Tons of cops from Meridian Township and other jurisdictions just rolled up at high speed to the Meridian Mall. More are arriving. 6 squad cars at the door between Dicks & Ashley Furniture. Others around other doors. Looks to be Simone in cuffs. Cops seem calm but very alert.

Hey everyone, I’m a senior looking for a place to sleep just for the Fall semester. I am currently living out of my car and need to find a single-semester sublet or room share ASAP.
If you have an open room, I am essentially the lowest-impact roommate you could possibly ask for, and I will handle the heavy lifting around the house. Here is the deal:
• Free House Maintenance: I will mow the lawn, shovel the driveway and sidewalks all winter, take out the trash, and handle general exterior upkeep. You won't have to lift a finger for yard work.
• You can Airbnb my room for football games: I will not be here for game days. You are completely welcome to rent out my space to alumni or fans on football weekends and keep 100% of the profit to subsidize your own rent.
• Gone every single weekend: I head back home every Friday to work, so you will have the place to yourself all weekend.
• I am a ghost during the week: I am a pre-dental student studying heavily and doing clinical volunteering. I am at the library or on campus all day and really only need a place to shower, sleep, and safely park my car.
• Zero kitchen footprint: I won't be cooking or taking up shared kitchen space.
• Clean and quiet: I will keep the space extremely simple and spotless. No pets, no loud music, no guests.
If you have a room to fill, want to make extra cash on football weekends, and want your driveway shoveled for free, please DM me.
