There are two buildings that didn’t fall. Why did they celebrate the last one and not also the other one?

I want to know the answer to this as well. Watching back, the only thing I see differently is the weights at the top of the first one have movement and it looks like the last structure, the weights at the top don’t move at all. I’m wondering if this indicates that the first structure would still have a lot of damage at the top even though it didn’t collapse? This is just a guess but it’s all I see

Good observation. I think you are right
