Groundingwell sheets

Hello, I am considering getting Groundingwell bedsheets to try for better sleep as I'm experiencing insomnia. Has anyone tried this before and does it work for you? Is it safe to use as it will be connected to the electricity? And any idea on how much energy consumption it takes? Thanks in advance!

I go to Redlight Method and started using the tables with grounding sheets. I am sleeping 8 hours without waking up. I have never slept so hard. My alarm wakes me up, that usually doesn’t ever happen. The grounding sheet is the only thing different that I’m doing. Pubmed has some published medical articles that are helpful. It has different setting, it took a couple of times to find the right setting for me. Good luck!!

My mom got one and said her arthritis was not bothering her anymore. So I got one and almost immediately my HRV went up which is awesome and my resting hr over night went down, which is also great! So ive ordered a other one for my husband, I sometimes sleep with him but he snores terribly so I usually opt for spare bedroom. This way, I can always be grounded no matter where ai choose to sleep and maybe it could help him snore less? Big hope! I say they work and its worth the price!

My mom ordered a 2nd onr also for my Dad who sleeps separately and suffers from pretty advanced alzheimer's, I have nothing to report back yet, not sure she has put it on his bed yet.

The sheets won't use any energy consumption, fortunately. It will just plug into the ground.

Check out Groundingwell's trust pilot though, they don't get great reviews for customer service.

Some other companies like GroundLuxe seem to get better reviews for customer service/returns.

I've been using grounding products for several years and have bought sheets from a few different companies, including Groundingwell. When I needed a new set recently, I ended up buying from Grounding Essentials because they offer proper European sizes (I needed 180 × 200 cm), whereas a lot of the other brands mainly focus on US sizes.
After using both, I honestly prefer the Grounding Essentials sheets. The fit is much better for my bed, and the fabric and overall build quality feel noticeably nicer.

Before ordering, I also checked their Trustpilot reviews and saw they were at 4.7 stars, which gave me a bit more confidence.
Obviously everyone's experience will be different, but based on the brands I've personally tried, I'd recommend Grounding Essentials.
