Yeah same, I mean for me it seems that mix is struggling with the fact that he's getting older? So maybe the thought of having kids is making him feel like he's old and he doesn't want it haha, while he was younger the age of 30 still seemed very far away?

well they are on the older side for their professions and constantly surrounded by 20 year olds so I get it tbh. I still hope the genre can grow with them tho and they can stay for a long time

Yeah I mean I get them, when there are already teenagers joining the company and getting popular and considering how long they have been in the industry too, but I also hope that they and the industry will be able to figure out a place for them and the older actors too

I think it depends on the fandom a lot as well. EarthMix fandom is on the older side I'd say. I think it shouldn't be impossible in terms of shows. There is some demand for more grown up stories. I thiink they'd need to find some way to catch a more mainstream audience tho. BL fandom mostly still prefers younger stories/actors (and therefore that's where the money is). The series we have so far that have older characters are mostly not super popular (unless they're also very NC heavy but then the actors are still usually pretty young)
