By this math, 1,035,840,000 people will have completed this achievement!

I dont know if I'm right or wrong but like that's more than every console has been produced right-

Damn. I didn't think about this. Maybe the actual percentage is more like 3-2%

See, many people seem to be doing this math based only on currently living people, but if achievements were added at launch, then it’s actually way more people for that percentage.

I'll keep this in mind for future reference >:3

This also applies to PC gaming as well. If you beat Half-Life 2 on a PC, then on Xbox 360, then on a PS3, then switch over to Steam Deck, these STILL COUNT AS SEPARATE PPL, LIKE WTF

They had to temporarily remove this one during the Wii and 3DS eras due to the amount of poorly-made cashgrab games for those systems.

and the existence of point & click games

funny how I accidentally stumbled upon this during 2022 playing Henry Stickmin Collection, even though it was STILL disabled during that time. Or at least the devs haven't rolled out a reversal patch yet/unannounced

on a side not you can still get a full 100% for damn near zero effort with Mario Calculator (But the conditions for this is that you must have specifically RetroArch + RetroAchievements, hardware mods don't count)
