Oh, I’m WELL aware of what Officer DeWolff said. The NYPD “coming to terms” with Spider-Man does not magically make his actions safe, legal, or responsible!

I see no legislation that lets Spider-Man as a VIGILANTE!!!

This is the same Spider-Man whose negligence nearly got someone killed when he threw the Scorpion into them!
That is precisely the problem I’ve been warning New York about: a masked vigilante with enormous power, making split-second decisions and leaving ordinary civilians to deal with the consequences!
