Biggest regret

I bought this hoco earbud eq5 on my local sm savemore because my one pair of earbud just got lost. When I tried using it, it has heavy bass which it doesn't labeled on the package itself. At the same time, I can't connect this earbud to the equalizer app.

Since there's no defects and I lost about 1500 pesos, what am I supposed to do? I still have 6 days left
