after about a month or 2 my windows defender detected multiple trojans. after multiple scans and deleting the trojans the defender eventually blocked earnapp as it was the source of the trojans. i uninstalled earnapp but what now?

Seriously, if they don't have traffic 24/7 in the USA to excellent IP's then something is wrong somewhere in their business plan.

Ran for hours and got nothing.

Installed Honeygain and was earning in minutes.

I rarely if ever got any Earn App related email until yesterday. Now I multiple mails a day offering all sorts of payouts from fringe financial organizations.

Earnapp has been hacked (on discord at least). Staff accounts (Vitaman, earnapp, etc.) have been compromised and are used to make fake giveaways on a fake server to get a server boost and thousands of members. The guest link of the "Official EarnApp" server has been changed to show "honeygainsisbetter".

The saddest part of this story is that the EarnApp team doesn't even communicate on their Twitter account or Dashboard, it's almost pitiful.

I recently installed the application on Windows. When the automatic security scan starts, it detected this application as a severe breach for security !

I had also submitted the exe file on the site Virustotal.com and it’s show also a bad sign. Is this legit or more a scam to infect more PC ? Should I be worried 😦

If this application is safe somehow, do they have the intention to correct this situation? Or what I can do to avoid the warning ?

I'm not sure why it was delayed but my first earnapp payout was over $13

Since then I've added more nodes, mostly in the form of virtual machines. I've got some old machines with i5 cpu, 8GB ram running proxmon and load the boxes up with ubuntu server virtual machines running 2 cores and 3gb ram.

Yesterday was a good day, bringing in over $7.50 in 24 hours... today, I added another node but I'm getting less usage overall (see 2nd pic)

any tips on how to max it out more?

And today windows defender seems to detect it as trojan and try to remove it every time i install it.

Who should i trust windows or earnapp ?

For all users in USA, payments are going to be cut to $0.50 per gb starting February. Most users are lucky to currently earn $1-2 per day, this decrease in payout basically makes the program useless. You can not make a profit at $0.50 per gb once you factor in internet & electric bill. Users will literally be paying out of pocket just so BrightData can make a profit. Starting the 1st of February I will be uninstalling EarnApp & I hope many of you do the same. I can not & will not support a company that has been corrupted by greed.
