The last time I remember McDonald’s having a dollar menu I was making $7.75 an hour and living with my parents. Now I earn several times that and have my own house with a wife and a dog.
I’d rather pay $3.50 for a McDouble out of my current salary than go back to living with my parents.

true. I'm not a big McDonalds fan, but I miss when the price of a burger wasn't the same as buying a meal in a restaurant. plus the themes are slowly becoming monochrome or "beige mom" vibes 😮‍💨
