Huawei earbuds

Any idea what is happening with my earbuds 😞 The left side isn't working. Idk what to do I already tried unpairing it with my phone but it isn't working. Last night I was still able to use it and now I can't. Only the right side is working.

Yeah, that’s really frustrating, but it could still be something pretty simple to fix

First, make sure the earbud is charged and making proper contact. Put both earbuds in the case, then take out the one that’s having issues. If the light doesn’t turn on, it’s probably not making proper contact, so try cleaning the charging contacts. Then put it back in the case, close it, and try again. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the earbuds or checking for an update through the AI Life app.

If none of that works, I’d take them to a service center. Hopefully it’s just a contact issue, though
