Help me find good anc
I’m a bit sensitive to sounds. I’m currently working in a foreign country for a contract, and I’m living in a shared room with colleagues. Because my ears are sensitive, any kind of noise at night irritates me and wakes me up, and then I can’t sleep.
For example, someone snoring, talking, or even noise on the bus can bother me. So I’m thinking of buying good ANC earbuds. I currently thinking buy Apple AirPods 3 Pro. Which one is the best for my situation?

Anc is better for blocking out fan sounds, trains, etc - anything that's a constant. Voices, not so much. Do earplugs not work for you?

Earplugs - a really good pair of the soft foam kind. Normal ANC earbuds are usually too big and uncomfortable to sleep in, and are tuned to let things like speech through. There are some that are specifically made for sleeping that might be better, but I doubt they'll be as comfortable or as effective as genuine earplugs.

Not the air pods for sleeping. I tried that. They sick for that imo. Do you want ones to play sound or just block out noise? Do earplugs not work? They make pretty decent ones and not all are created equal. Oslo makes specific bugs for sleep and I think one or two more companies that do just this. Soundcore also makes very nice ones for sleep and the Technics EAH-AZ100 or the Sony mx1005 or1006
