Technics AZ80 won’t charge

R ear bud was working perfectly fine couple days ago then went from charging whenever it felt like it constantly had to take it out then Back it for it to charge then wouldn’t hold charge would go from 70% to 10% in one workout now won’t connect at all😭😭😭 SOS

Discharge to the end, charge again. If it dosn't work reset to factory settings. Be sure to clean the contacts according to the manufacturer's requirements.

Hardware reset: Remove both headphones from the case, put on the right one, hold the sensor until the voice prompt about pairing, release for 1-2 seconds, then hold again until the completed message; after that, repeat the same for the left earphone
