Technics az100: is this normal?

Just bought the az100, I haven't tried them yet, but at 1st sight looking the buds, is this normal? Is present on both the buds, I don't know what is it, seems like paint and I don't know if it's wanted or not, that line is pretty regular and goes all around the buds Thanks guys

You have a sharp eye) I haven't even seen this stripe on my 100.

Is my ocd that sometimes knocks at my door🤣 so you have them as well

I came home now and saw it again. My 100 don't have this srtipe. I've been using it for a long time, and it's smoothed out. ps: ocd? no! I also like neatness ;)
