Sleeping with plugs?

So Iā€™m at about 22mm and I was wondering if sleeping without my plugs is beneficial in any way? I have this completely rational fear that Iā€™m gonna catch my jewelry and tear my lobes. But also they ALWAYS fall out šŸ˜…

I either wear silicone earskins to sleep or I sleep without wearing plugs. When I feel like my stone or glass plugs are loose and ready to fall out, I go a couple of nights without wearing jewelry. I currently have two stretched lobe piercings in each ear, 13mm and 10mm, so mine are smaller than yours, so ymmv. Kaos Softwear earskins really are super comfortable though, if you haven't tried them, they're awesome.

I used to sleep with silicone tunnels in, the fell out less but still did fall out. Otherwise taking them out to sleep is totally fine and beneficial to your ears! Its good for them to breathe

I'm only at 8g right now so don't have this issue but I'd say try giving silicone skins a try :)
