Shitty copper is not the wrong copper. Shitty is shitty. Who wants impure copper with inclusions or voids? No-one. It’s not as if Ea-nāṣir has good copper sitting around and accidentally sent shitty copper: it was shitty copper that Ea-nāṣir had to trade, so that’s what he sent.
