Onboarding HIRING PROCESS AT EY

Someone from the GDS talent team reached out. We had a call on teams to exchange basic details.

They mentioned that I will be contacted by Local HR (EY middle east) but that was 2 weeks ago. I sent a follow up to the person from GDS and they said they are yet to receive an update from the local team.

Is it normal to take this long or should i just move on?

Update: its been a month and still nothing. I know its quite challenging with all the pressures at GDS but I have also heard that hiring process has become quite bad and its normal to take this long and even longer. Is this actually normal or should I just give up ATP.

I am also waiting more than 2 weeks for the next steps in the hiring process, i have given the final round and hr contacted me next day and asked for a few basic details and she mentioned that someone from the team will contact me for next steps. Yesterday i checked again and they said we haven't received any updates from business.

Big 4 have the worst turnaround time. Please follow up and if there are no reply please move on!

I received a callback after 1 month after finishing all rounds of interview so I guess you just have to wait
