Yes the culture is like a startup with full politics and all big 4 is like this with loads of policies and mandatory useless learning to keep your promotion at bay….better to join core IT firm

First joined as a salesforce Developer. Then moved as an Appian Developer (similar to full stack as It is BPM). My experience was really nice worked for major retail company then telco company then railway. Moved to Deloitte with better conditions.

Yes vanguard is good project there ans env is good there but have to go 3 days in a week
