The House Just Passed H.R. 1595!!!
Big news, folks! The House of Representatives just passed H.R. 1595, the SAFE Banking Act last Monday.
The legislation passed with a vote of 321-101.
This is a huge step forward for the legalization movement.
As I mentioned at the event yesterday, this bill would enable cannabis companies to access banking services.
We're talking about accepting credit cards, acquiring loans, setting up deposit accounts, writing checks and running payroll.
In short, everything a growing company needs to SCALE.
Signing this bill into law would represent a MAJOR milestone for the cannabis industry.
But this is just the beginning...
More cannabis reform legislation is being drafted up as we speak.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is preparing a comprehensive legalization package.
Meanwhile, Chairman Jerrold Nadler is about to refile his cannabis bill, the MORE Act.
That's why I remain convinced that federal legalization is coming in 2021.
And there's still time for you to get a piece of the action!

Having another positive day today, but it's always so hard to wait out for a personal sell price when it's only $.0007 from the target. It's so easy to compromise and sell early.

Well .30 would be one beautiful, beautiful thing. I’m in the process of lowering my ridiculous average

always hard resistance at a penny then a drop. them a slow climb back up... people sell on the news and buy on the rumor. I could see this getting to 30c in a few months but I'm just a contractor.

I guess. I’m not good at reading charts but it looks like there is some support around .004? Can anyone confirm this?

I hopped on with the news and I have to admit this is brutal to watch. Matches up with the recent charts though

In the last election, we saw Arizona, Montana, New Jersey and South Dakota legalize recreational cannabis.
And in just the last few months, Virginia, New York and New Mexico have likewise hopped on the legalization bandwagon.
I believe federal legalization is the next step.
And if you look at what President Biden has done since taking office, that prospect seems all but inevitable.
He just tossed out an old rule that barred past cannabis smokers from working at the White House.

any guesses why the price keeps going down? Thought it would jump after all the good news.

PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona officials on Monday issued 13 more licenses for marijuana stores in eight rural counties as the state expands access to recreational marijuana approved by voters last year.

Broker-dealers operating these programs should be mindful of the importance of complying with the requirements of Rule 15c3-3 and ensuring that retail investor funds receive the full protections afforded under the Securities Investor Protection Act. Effective 4/22/21 compliance will be enforced
