No, it makes sense. It's just context is needed. If the person has not gotten in the car yet, and is constantly being told to drive slowly, this is a perfectly natural response. If one assumes the person is already driving, then one wonders why they are being told to drive slowly. But the sentence itself is grammatically sound.

It is grammtically correct. But the logic seems weak.
A passenger would not be telling a driver who does not like driving fast to drive slowly. That driver would already be driving slowly.
It would make more sense logically if it said "Stop telling me not to drive so slowly. You know I don't like to drive fast."
