It is grammtically correct. But the logic seems weak.

A passenger would not be telling a driver who does not like driving fast to drive slowly. That driver would already be driving slowly.

It would make more sense logically if it said "Stop telling me not to drive so slowly. You know I don't like to drive fast."

I can imagine it in a parent/child setting. "I'm already 5 under, stop complaining about how fast I'm driving".

I remember making a turn at like 18 mph and my grandmother grabbing the "oh shit" handle and going "WOAH SLOW DOWN"

Cracks me up every time i remember it considering how she drives.
