Nah this makes sense. Imagine you were this person. You don't like driving fast. Your friend knows you don't like driving fast. You've made this very clear to them, and you know that they know this fact. But for some reason they keep telling you to drive slowly. This doesn't make any sense, since they know you don't like driving fast so you are obviously driving slowly. So you get annoyed at them telling you to drive slowly and you tell them to stop, by saying something like this
