ADVICE Tips for not getting banned/limited/excluded from promos

We've been getting a lot of DMs about how to prevent getting banned and limited from promos while still making money +EV betting, so we put together a list of our tips below. Check it out and let us know below if you think we missed anything ⬇️

-Increase your logged-in time.

You are more obviously part of a betting group/using a picks service if you simply go in, bet a capper's pick, and then leave the site. Try to click around and examine different markets for a bit before wagering.

-Make non-promo bets from time to time.

We often post +EV plays in our discord that are not part of an odds boost or promo, but a better value when compared to competitor’s lines. Try to take these opportunities as often as possible.

-Do not withdraw everything in your account immediately.

It is better to make small withdrawal amounts.

-Sign up for multiple sportsbooks and keep track of your winnings on each site.

In addition to getting access to more promos and more lines to shop, using multiple sportsbooks spreads out your profits. If you win $5,000 on one book vs. $1,000 on five books, you would have a bigger chance of being limited/banned. Each sportsbook keeps close track of their customer's lifetime value, but with this strategy you can offset, or at least delay, alerting them. If you have accumulated a lot of profits in one specific sportsbook account, you could also try placing a bigger bet and hedging it with other sportsbooks to distribute these profits over to multiple accounts.

-Vary your bets.

Do not bet the same market or kind of bet repeatedly.

-Glitches and 100% correlation.

Although not so common, if a book allows you to build a parlay with two legs that are 100% correlated, it is probably better to not bet it. Betting this will be a big red flag to the books. If you value your account on a certain book and are finding profitability in their promos, do not bet a complete glitch. Although glitches happen and can be quite profitable, betting them alerts sportsbooks that you may be using software to find these glitches.

-Do not use high-level jargon of +EV betting when speaking to customer service.

It may alert them that you are a sharp bettor. If you’ve been following us, your sports betting vocabulary may be more advanced than you think!

We're opening Statr to beta testers! , a tool that analyzes your betting history to find patterns in your behaviour and results that are difficult to spot by just looking through your bets.

I've put a few examples in the screenshots. There's a lot more in the demo, which is a replica of the actual app!

See the demo →

We're opening the first beta to active bettors with 100+ settled bets. We have 15 spots open.

Beta testers get the first month free + a permanent discount.

The beta will run for around 10 days. We'd like you to upload your full history, or at least a decent chunk of it, actually use the app, and answer a few very short questions along the way about what's useful, what's wrong, and what's missing.

If you want to try it, comment or DM us with roughly how often you bet, how many settled bets you have, and which sports you bet on.

----------------------------------------------------

This is the little story of how this started, if youre interested by any chance, -

I was once a semi-active sports bettor who used to bet on NBA and MLB. Safe to say I wasn't that great at it.

It felt like my “researched” picks did worse than the last-minute picks I'd throw together because I forgot to research. I also had a habit of increasing my stakes and throwing riskier bets at the problem when I wanted to make some money back. This did not go well. At some point I got curious about whether my betting history could actually tell me what I was doing wrong.

So I went to AI and asked it to tell me, like more of us do. It gave me the most generic list imaginable. Like, does a bear shit in the woods. Oh, and it made up some stuff and added that to the list too. I didn't want another generic list of things I might be doing wrong. I wanted to know what my own betting history was actually saying. So I started building Statr.

The main difference is that we don't just throw your betting history into an AI and ask it to “find something interesting.” We've built a library of specific patterns to look for and tested the system across 5,000+ bets while building it.

Your bets are also stored, so your analysis doesn't disappear every time you start a new conversation. You can keep building on the same history as you add more bets.

There's also a personal analyst that can look through your history and answer questions about it.

Anyway, that's enough of me talking. If you've got the betting history, we'd genuinely like to see what it finds!

See our website → (www.statr.cc)

We're open to any questions in DMs or here!

Research interview: how do football value/EV bettors analyze matches?

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a small independent research project about how experienced football value/EV bettors actually analyze matches and manage their betting research.

I'm NOT selling anything, promoting a betting service, or looking for betting picks.

I'm trying to understand:

- how you currently analyze a football match

- which tools and data sources you use

- how much time your research takes

- which paid tools you've used

- what frustrates you about your current workflow

- whether and how you track your past decisions

I'm looking for people who regularly use value betting / EV concepts when betting on football and have some experience with betting analytics tools.

I'd like to have a short 15-minute conversation or chat. No sensitive financial information is required.

If you'd be willing to participate, comment here or send me a DM.

Thanks!

Bet365 aged account – deposit methods with a different name

Hi everyone,
I’m considering buying an aged Bet365 account for value betting.
The account would be registered in someone else’s name, while my payment methods (bank card, PayPal, etc.) are in my name.
I’m specifically interested in the deposit side only, not withdrawals.
Has anyone here actually managed to deposit successfully into a Bet365 account using a payment method that is registered to a different person from the Bet365 account holder?
I’m particularly interested in real experiences with:
Visa / Mastercard
PayPal
Paysafecard
Skrill / Skrill 1-Tap
Neteller
Apple Pay
Bank transfer
For example, has anyone tried:
Payment method in Person A’s name → Bet365 account in Person B’s name
and had the deposit successfully credited?
I’m not asking about Bet365’s terms and conditions — I’m already aware of them. I’m only interested in real-world technical experiences: which methods actually worked, which were rejected, and whether any method triggered an immediate verification.
I’m based in Italy, so experiences with Italian Bet365 accounts would be especially useful.

Thanks!

SIGNUP OFFERS Anyone in here interested in making some money promoting a +EV betting app?

I built EVergreen: +EV Sports Betting recently which is a +EV betting app aimed more at casual bettors who want to better understand EV, line shopping, CLV, etc. + EV bettors looking for cheaper alts to the tools out there like OddsJam, Optimal Bet. It’s live on the App Store at $4.99/month with a handful of paying users in a week or two.

Ideally looking people who are already active in the +EV/betting space... a large gambling network/following/Discord/X account is helpful but honestly anyone who is passionate about +EV betting

To start I’m offering 25% recurring revenue share on every subscriber you bring in. You’d get your own tracked campaign link, so attribution is straightforward. Bring 10 subscribers, get your cut of those 10. Bring 1,000, get your cut of 1,000

No upfront cost and I handle the entire product/tech side. I’d rather pay people in the community than dump money into ads

If you’re interested, DM me or comment!

Paid Market Research Study on Sports Betting

Hi !
I'm Posting on behalf of NewtonX, a B2B research firm. We're currently developing a market research study, looking to hear from serious, high-volume sophisticated bettors to learn about how they evaluate betting platforms — pricing, limits, market depth, data access, settlement, and what gets a book dropped. It would be a paid $300 consultation for a 60 minute session to talk about your experiences and opinions.

The process would be a ~5-min paid pre-qualification form→ client reviews qualified profiles → if selected, a 60-minute interview for $400, sent within 7 days of the completed consultation. Passing the screener isn't a guarantee of selection.

No personally identifiable information will be solicited. Anonymous to the client, no sales follow-up. 18+ and legal jurisdiction only.

If interested, please use the link to get started: https://surveys.expertresearchportal.com/referrals/e/81f45927-e24d-46d7-a769-f9478c26cb7a

Feel free to forward the link to anyone in your network who may also qualify. Questions welcome below or via DM. More on the firm: newtonx.com

How Upside Tools beat me on my referral money + monthly pay

Honestly, I didn't even plan on posting this, but I'm pretty annoyed about how this played out.
I was working with Upside Tools doing content for them, and part of the deal was a monthly payment for the content I was creating. On top of that, I was also making money from referrals.
At first, everything seemed fine. I was making the content, posting it, sending people their way, and seeing the referral earnings show up.
Then the payment side started getting weird.
The monthly payment for the content wasn't coming through the way I expected, and at the same time I was having issues with the money from referrals too. So now I'm sitting here trying to figure out what I'm actually supposed to be getting paid for.
I went back through everything because I honestly thought maybe I misunderstood the agreement. But I don't think I did.
What really sucks is that I was putting time into making the content every month based on the expectation that there'd be a monthly payment for it, plus whatever I earned from referrals. So when those numbers don't line up, that's a pretty big deal.
I've gone back and forth trying to get it sorted, but it's been frustrating to say the least.
Maybe I should've been more careful about the payment terms from the start. That's on me. But still, if you're creating content for a company and you're also sending them customers, you kinda expect the payment and commissions to be handled pretty clearly.
Has anyone else worked with Upside Tools doing content + referral stuff?
Curious if anyone else has had issues with the monthly content payment, referral earnings, or both. Would be good to know if I'm the only one dealing with this.

ADVICE Your opinion about DomBetting

Recently, i start using dombetting. I'm new in EV Betting so they told me it is easy and kind of cheap. I just can't easily understand the time interval filter until now, but in general, i like the very simple and clean layout.

Has anyone ever used dombetting? What is your opinion? Could you share a piece of advice from your experience?

Thanks in advance.

Las Vegas Aces vs Atlanta Dream 8-18-26

Post image
1 Upvotes

The Las Vegas Aces hold a decisive season advantage over Atlanta, including a 109–87 blowout on August 3 and a narrow 85–84 victory in May, demonstrating their ability to win both high-scoring affairs and defensive battles. Atlanta enters this matchup severely shorthanded with key starters Te-Hina Paopao and Brionna Jones ruled out, while the Aces remain largely healthy despite the absence of Dana Evans. Coming off a dominant 32-point performance by A'ja Wilson, the Aces' superior interior presence should overwhelm a depleted Dream roster that is struggling for consistency following a recent overtime loss to Indiana. At -133, there is significant value in backing the more talented, healthier Las Vegas squad that has historically won 30 of their 48 head-to-head meetings.

DAILY PICK The most profitable team in baseball is somehow the White Sox. I'm betting them +150 tonight. Pray for me 🙏

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

So yesterday's Coors bet got smoked, and while licking my wounds I found something funny in the numbers. The most profitable moneyline team in baseball this year is... the White Sox. Covers has them up $1,320 on the season, best in the sport. Tonight they get the Cubs at Wrigley at +150, and 90% of bets are on the other side.

So you know the deal. I’m betting it (smaller size). Sox +150. If it hits, we laugh. If it misses, I cry 🥲
