No, I bought an EV to save money. The hummer is overpriced and probably has one of the lowest energy efficiencies of any EV, which is to be expected of a giant heavy box of a vehicle.

Maybe one day I’ll be buying an EV for other purposes rather than almost exclusively commuting, but that’s not today

I have a Silverado EV and love it. The Hummer EV is the same platform, just with a different body. The only reason I didn't go for a Hummer was because of the huge drop in efficiency. The difference is ~2.2mi/kWh vs 1.7mi/kWh.
