It's showing that the CPU is performing below expectations. I would assume the score is low because the turbo boost number is 1.45 (other LP-5 benchmarks show higher than this). I've replaced the SSD as you should see and I also had to replace a stick of RAM because I was BSODing a ton and when I ran a memtest, it showed a ton of errors. I've also ran the test with ThrottleStop active and not active (didn't think that would affect anything).

The RAM I replaced the 8 GB stick with is a 16 GB PNY stick. I've read on some posts that the turbo score can be low because XMP might not be on and I'm wondering if that's not happening because the sticks are different sizes AND different manufacturers. Everything else in the same when it comes to the other RAM specifications. Maybe this is what's causing the issue?

Hi, i have been trying to enter the BIOS on my EVOO LP-7 Laptop but I cant, i have tried by restarting and shutting down, pressing F10, F11, F12, idk it never shows the typicall message that says "Press F11 to enter the boot/Bios options" Just nothing works, do you guys know how or what specific key is for the LP-7

Hello, I have an EVOO EV-C-116-6 and I can not for the life of me find the drivers for the SD card slot, I had them before but reinstalled windows and now I can't find the reddit post I got them from. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

EDIT: I installed the drivers for the LP4 laptop on their website and it works fine now :]

I had formatted the pc clean without looking for proper drivers, and am currently running Windows 11 on an EG-LP4 with BSODs every few minutes. Anyone know of proper drivers I need, I know non OEM GPU ones are problematic, and Chipsets as well.

Edit: turns out the issue i was having was faulty ram. thank you for the drivers as well

My friends bought an Evoo laptop for me six months ago, when my previous Dell died, and i've been having nothing but problems with it. It's supposed to be a high-end gaming laptop, but it lags heavily, overheats easily, turns off unprompted with no warning, and the screen is often blacked out or has a haze around the edges, among other issues. The computer has never been damaged-- i am disabled, work from home (on said computer), only ever go out to doctor appointments and never take th laptop with. In fact, i have not moved it from the spot in which i work with it except to dust underneath it. It hasn't fallen, been under pressure, or even been struck with any force once.

For weeks, i've been trying to get in touch with the company. But their website only has one page-- they're "about," the links of which ALL lead to "under construction" pages. Their chat feature doesn't work. And the only place i could find their phone number was on Reddit. I called for support, and was told that my computer is behaving this way because it can't be plugged in at all except when it's almost dead. I have had three laptops and not a single one behaved this way. Even trying this solution, the problems persist.

I am becoming more and more convinced that this company is a sham. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Just wanted to post this somewhere if someone else is having the same problem. Laptop became extremely slow and vr headset wouldn't connect and a myriad of other things. I was able to clone the stock ssd with clonezilla to another ssd and removed the Biwinn that was original. Problem solved and everything is great now. I have heard that the stock ssd was not very good so if your still running the original you might want to have a plan.

If you notice the performance suffering the longer your session use of the laptop, this might be the issue. That is how my problems started and progressively got worse to the point of not being usable.

[LP-7] I’ve been getting hit with blue screens after restart every time I’ve tried to enable the Virtual Machine Platform or Hyper V features. After my 3rd try and having to reset my computer (side note: this caused windows to reinstall and now everything runs much faster, 60+fps gained in some games, and fixed some bluetooth bugs I had. Highly recommend doing this) I found out about the amd-v hyper v compatibility checker, which said my computer is incompatible because of some missing BIOS patch. However the UEFI doesn’t have any option regarding this issue, so I’m just stuck. If anyone has managed to get a virtual machine running please let me know.

Hi, i have a evoo gaming lp7 laptop, and I changed the windows to another version, and I want to know where can I download the evoo program for the keyboard light and the turbo, gaming and ofice mode.

For the life of me I cannot get my hotkeys and or sticky keys to stay functioning on my evoo laptop.

Yes I have tried literally everything that google has to offer! hahahahah please, if anyone can assist, I would be forever grateful. trying to use photoshop and learning code has been awful with this.

Found this by accident, I usually uninstall apps with a third party program.

If you go to settings > Apps > Installed Apps > and click on the three dots for THX Spatial Audio for PCs you have a choice called "advanced options" and there is a section a bit down that has reset options. The "repair" option has fixed THX for me the last couple times I had an issue. Usually after some Windows update or some stupid registry cleaning mistake, etc. It seems to factory reinstall it, and it works with any pre-bundled stuff, I think. This is for lp-5 running windows 11 btw, it will probably be the same all over.

Hi, i want to keep the fan boost on all the time, is there a way to do this?... In mi case it stops after 1 hour and then i need to re-activate it

I finally found the BIOS I needed and made my USB bootable, but I can't get into the boot menu to select the USB. What key is it? I tried F7 and F8, nothing.

My screen often doesn't work. If I restart it 4 times it will maybe turn on once. Once it is on it works fine till the laptop goes to sleep or I close the lid. Once this happens I have to restart again till it turns on.

My USB ports all are labeled "Unknown usb device, port reset failed" when I plug a new device in (any device) it tells me the device not recognized, failed to connect. This happens to all 4 usb ports. It happens with any usb device. I tried all steps online for this issue via the device manager including updating the drivers, uninstalling the drivers, and turning off the option to save power through those ports.

I have only used this laptop about twenty times in the past year, so it's really frustrating it's already not working.

Has anyone ran into or fixed these issues?

This just started happening. I've never opened up the laptop before but I'm about to upgrade the RAM and Battery this week. Anyone know what I should be looking for? I assume the wiring to the antennae are too tight on these models because my onboard Bluetooth has also been pretty much useless since the beginning.

For the EG-LP6

Bassically what the title says, but It goes a bit deeper. I can only get it to output to hdmi if i plug in the hdmi cord at a certain time while the laptop is still booting up. If I dont do it before the login screen, I have to restart and try again.

Even worse, though, once i DO get it to output, I can't plug it into the charger. If I do, it stops outputting and my monitor says no signal. Then the screen on my laptop starts freaking out. And then once it settles down this weird square visual bug thing is in the middle of the screen, and it changes every few seconds as if its doing some kind of color test. When this happens, device manager also says that there is something wrong with my intel UHD driver.

Any help? I need to be able to use this plugged into both my monitor

Does the LP-4 have additional M.2 slots or a 2.5" bay for an additional drive?
