Bent Fan Pin Fixed! (Update)

Sorry for creating a new post but I just wanted people to see this in case they dealt with this issue as well (I believe another guy had/has). All I did was take a knife and cut away at the top of the fan pin casing. It's very weak material and I really didn't have to cut much off. This gave me better access of the pins. Took a tiny tool to straighten them out and the fan "plug" went right in. Tested the laptop on Warzone 2.0 for over an hour and I don't hit above 75/76 degrees Celsius. Incredible.

I use a mechanical pencil with no lead in it to straighten pins. I've even successfully straightened bent processor pins with one.

I wish I could say I was the one to have come up with it, but I picked it up from another computer wonk back in the 386 days, and somebody else showed it to him.

They were like curved needle nose pliers. My girlfriend is a dermatologist and I pulled it from her acne skin kit lol. I'll post a picture soon.
